Return & Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with one of our products or it does not suit you, you can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days by informing us by email and returning it to us.
Please note that we can only take back items that show no signs of use.
Do not send the item back to us uninsured! The customer bears the shipping costs of the return. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Keep the return receipt in a safe place so that you can prove the return in the event of loss.
The return shipment must be accompanied by a completed return note/delivery bill or a similar note. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks to process the return.
For refunds of orders with the payment method advance payment, the amount will be refunded to your current account. For orders placed via PayPal, the corresponding amount will be credited to your PayPal account. For orders with the payment methods direct debit and credit card, we will transfer the payment via PayPal to the account used by you. The duration of the repayment is up to 16 days and cannot be influenced by us. If you have any problems, please contact PayPal directly.
Guarantee:
The warranty period is 24 months for the purchased products and begins with the handover of the goods. Damage caused by natural wear and tear or improper use is excluded from the warranty.
Beyond the statutory warranty provisions, no guarantees are assumed with regard to the goods or services supplied, unless a guarantee is expressly granted in writing.
